What a responsibility she will have as a pentecostal christian, in the eye of the public at all times.
She's really got it tough. Who will stand up and pray for her?First of all, McCain needs to get elected, which ain't gonna hapen. I really like Sarah and what she stands for. I will pray.Good thing she'll never get there. .
If she does then God help the USA !
<><They will lose. Deal with it.Like Governor Palin, I belong to the Assembly of God. It's great that we have such a powerful representative, and when McCain wins I'm sure she will start helping this great nation to return to more Godly ways like we had in yesteryear. I certainly wish no ill on Senator McCain, but at the same time I realize his advanced years mean it is fairly likely God will call him home and he will not be able to serve his full 8 years allowed. That would make Governor Palin the leader of the free world, and that would be a great thing for all Christians.
And yes, I've been praying for her since we first heard of this wonderful champion of God a month or so ago.Yeah, if McCain is elected and dies, and she becomes president, I'm gonna move to Japan.I like Sarah Palin a lot as a Christian. I dislike her totally as President of the United States. Not that the two can't come together, but I think Palin is too naive and is not qualified to be Commander in Chief. You have to consider that possibility when you vote. It's a very real possibility.Though I personally hope she never gets into the White House, I would hope (faint hope, but hope nonetheless) that she would keep her religious views to herself and concentrate on doing the job she was elected for. I would also suggest that instead of praying for her, you do something a little smarter and think about who you are voting for and what they stand for before you put them into the White House. lets PRAY she deoesnt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...The only reason that I'll consider voting for her is that she does not let her beliefs interfere with her duty.I'm sure Sarah Palin will prey for us all.She thinks the Iraq war is mandated by God.
I suggest she sign up for the Army and go over there.Hopefully she won't let religion interfere with politics. That would be dumb.Separation of church and state, thanks.I will stand and pray for her. Please, let's stand together all of us that believe in God and Jesus Christ his son, let's pray for her and her family during this time.
Thank you for posting this!Soon my friend people will be taking another look at the church.I'll pray that she grows a brain in between that empty space between her ears.
By the way, you haven't been paying attention to the polls, have you?If I believed in God I'd pray she gets hit by a bus.If they(They being Mccain and McIshootanimalfromthesky) are elected then my family is using our duo citizenship and moving back to Ireland.Ugh.... jeez....If they actually won, I hope she'd at least be determined to do it by rolling on the floor. At least that way we'd be entertained. May as well get something out of it if we have to fall under a theocracy.McWar and Pain will never be elected to anything again. No need to pray, they both are financially sound. If she tries to lead this nation into the Christian faith if she and McCain are elected and he dies, then she will literally have anarchy on her hands. You cannot make religious beliefs (especially hers) compulsory. Regardless of what many Christians may think, this is no longer solely a Christian nation. Most of the founding fathers may have been Christian, but they were also looking for respect. They granted that respect towards others because they knew what it was like to live in a society where differences of opinion, including religion were not respected.
Today we have many more religions prevalent in American society than what they ever could have imagined. Almost every one of those people hold their different beliefs just as sacred as you hold yours. To forcibly convert them is to take away their very reason for living and moving here - for freedom of expression.
I will no more stand up and pray for her than I would want to be stuck at home, barefoot and pregnant with an abusive marriage and 10 kids that I could not feed because my employer doesn't think that I'm worth a wage increase.Palin and McCain couldn't even lead their party into voting in the bailout. IF (not when) it happens, she'll lead me into faith that I'd better get out of the country.Shoving faith down both my throat and the laws will make sure no one converts (except for babies, get them when they're young).
Lesser of two evils '08! O---*pukes* Bama.I will stand up for her.and yes,she would keep the American Dream AliveHave you been looking at the recent polls? McCain is very unlikely to win, and Sarah Palin is winning him no friends amongst anyone who is not already an evangelical - she's not going to lead anyone to faith - she relates to those who are already there.
I don't feel so sorry for her though, although it must be awkward to be thrust on a national stage when she is no obviously and painfully unprepared, I think she'll do fine after her ticket looses, expect to see more of her in years to come...McSAME will not be elected.
He is behind by 11 and dropping back.
He is being called "The Incredible Sinking Man"
