Your best option might be to ask your vet. After all, he went to school for this stuff. :) Unlike most of the people you'll find here. It will probably be a very difficult pregnancy/labor for her. Chihuahuas dont have large litters but if they take the beagle genes it could be bad. Dont encourage them to breed, if you think they alreay have get her fixed.
Please have your dogs spayed and neutered. Breeding without knowledge is a dangerous thing for the dogs. She will have chihueagles, but it probably wouldn't be as traumatic for her as if she were having chihweillers!She may not even be able to conceive, or she might have a miscarriage. Sometimes the genetic differences in breeds are not compatible and no puppy forms.
If she does have a viable pregnancy, then it is likely that she will need a C section because the puppy will be too big to deliver naturally.
If your chihuahua and beagle are not already fixed, I suggest that you get her spayed and him neutered. This will prevent the problem of pregnancy in her and territoriality in him.She will probably only have one pup.She is 6.6 lbs and that is a decent size for a chihuahua. The beagle is 15.4 lbs so he is twice her size..obviously it can present problems.She may abort on her own if her body decides it can't support the fetuses. If you are extremely worried you may consider having her fixed and opt to do it soon they will do this at the vet, they often do it for dogs who are pregnant it just costs a tiny bit more.The likely hood of her having complications is high so this may be the best option cause you could loose the mom and the pups if you allow it to go full term. Or you could take the chance but for sure you will have to get her x-rayed to see how big the pup/s is/are and to determine if a c-section will be necessary ; however this is usually done when she is only about 2 weeks from actual birth.Quite honestly even a chi who is mated to a chi her own size or smaller can have problems. Now here is a question for you and may make up your mind; did she have pups recently like her last heat?Because a what they call back to back breeding can often double the size of a litter. So if she had 4 she may now have 8, then there is a definite threat to her life.By the way I love low cost vet clinics I find them to be user friendly and not so judgemental when something like this occurs so please seek one out cause if you choose for her to go full term complications are a definite possibility and will require some more cash but for sure will be cheaper than a regular vet!Trust your gut feeling and make the best choice.Too bad it was not the other way around and she was the beagle pregnant by a chi!it'll give birth to a lion... or maybe a tiger...most likely that she will die or your going to have one big vet BILL about 1,500 dollars or more..
Ugh! GET YOUR DOGS FIXED, please!!!!! Look what happened to these poor doggies from the shelter a couple mins away from my house :(

The alternative and a much cheaper option is you have your dogs desexed. NOW. The world doesn't need any more badly bred cross breed dogs being killed in pounds.Well if she is already pregnant, I guess you should plan on paying for a surgery...either to remove the miscarried pups or to perform a c section. How would you expect a dog to carry pups 2 1/2x the size of herself? Theres a chance they could turn out small, or really big. This is a really bad idea, and if shes not too far along you may want to consider aborting them. Get your dog spayed please.I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND HOW PEOPLE CAN HAVE DIFF SEX DOGS AND ASSUME THEY WILL NEVER GET THE OTHER PREGO....IT MAKES NO SENSE WHY WOULD YOU EVEN ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN YOU SHOULD TAKE MORE CARE OF YOUR PETS AND HOPE NOTHING HAPPENS TO HER..TAKE HER TO THE VET .....PEOPLE NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR PETS LIKE THEY ARE PEOPLE....She will probably have a hard time giving birth naturally and will have to have a c-section.She probably will die - take your dogs in and have them spayed and neutered now. Don't wait till you have a dead dog to take the responsibility.Go talk to a vet. Small dog should not (better not)carry larger breed puppies because she will have hard time to give birth to the puppies. It may kill the mom and the puppies may die in her body. The vet will probably suggest you to get her fixed if you want to take the puppy away. So i probably would get her fixed rather take a chance that my dog might die.This has C-section and one very expensive vet bill written all over it. I suggest you have the Chihuahua spayed and the Beagle neutered. A much cheaper alternative for both dogs and the responsible pet ownership thing to do.
