i have purchased an art deco table from a dealer in san francisco and
now wonder if it is indeed an original piece. it is supposed to by by
Christian Krauss. The name of the business is L' Art Deco Francais.
Do you have any information on this business or any dealers you feel
comfortable working with. I paid $10,000 for this table, it also was
damaged on transit and the dealer is working with me to get it fixed
but the finish is a french emulsion whick is hard to do.Frans is Dutch best and trustworth. He's well known in Holland and
does mutch work for museums in this area
