Well, it does make life much easier. When you can accept the circumstances your mindset is much more positive than if you are constantly fighting the circumstances. When your mindset is positive you can accept the circumstances for what they are or try to change them.Whether a believer or not, sometimes we have to go through stuff so God can help us grow in character. :o) Report Abuse

No....not in the furtherest stretch of imagination...if it isn't it works for me.
I am extremely happy to be alive every second i am. It gives me the ability to constantly learn, experience, and enjoy new and familiar things.
if you don't eventually learn to do this you really are missing out on the utter beauty that is the complex and infinite nature of existence in itself.I think when I accept my life is not my own and hand everything over to the spirit of god I will become enlightenedWell, it may not be - but until I find something better it does me very well.

...choices made dictates my path...thanks for asking...I wouldn't know all about enlightenment, but it does seem to me that it may be a step ahead where it doesn't matter to you whether it is the best or not.I think that would be a fantastic state to be in. I dream of it. I don't think it's really possible, so it just stays a dream. I don't know what enlightenment means. But in this state of mind, a person would have peace. Ahhhh.....No , The times on the rack were no picnic and that Iron maiden either .
