CI Host problems

You all have heard me say about my server I have with them - and me praising them, but that is about to change.
On Friday, I had them install RedHat 6.2 (it was on 5.2 before) onto my dedicated server.
I also requested PHP4.04pl1, mySQL 3.23.33, Perl 5.6.0, Apache 1.3.17 to be installed at the same time. This was agreed.
They set up for server at about 11:30pm on Friday.
I went in to it - guess what?
PHP 3.0.15 installed, MySQL v3.22.23 and Perl 5.0.5 installed - ie the default setup.
Not pleased by this, I emailed them.
And emailed them
and emailed them
no reply.
So I set it all up myself.
After a day of flapping abount, I got it all working perfectly so I started adding my domains back onto this box.
All were fine apart from... one of my domains.
It appears to be setup fine, but it defaults to Apache's default page.
Hmmmm so I deleted all of Apache's default pages so they SHOULD have got a directory listing.
Nope, still shows apache's default page.
So I tested out one of my other pages, and low and behold, it shows the directory contents as what I SHOULD be seeing.
So I established that it isn't even pointing to space on my server anymore, even tho Apache's httpd.conf is set up right.
I emailed support again only for them to tell me that because it is RedHat 6.2, they want $100 a hour to look at it!
$100 an hour to fix a problem which they created!
ARGHHHHH
Now I added a brandnew domain to the server, and guess what? It is not pointing to files on my system as well!
I am so damnwell peed off with them and their attitude!
Only trouble is, I make no money from the server, so I cannot just up and leave to another one (plus I have a 1 year contract with them).
So now I am paying $143 a month for a server that is partly working.
Because the reseller I got the site through had his server updated the same time, I reckon they mixed up some of the IP addresses.
grrrrrrrrrrr
James
BTW - this server is a dedicated server.
Does anyone know if I can legally break out of the contract because of their lack of support?
